Important Update:

I called my father had him look at the device. It does not say made in China anywhere on it. Or on any of the literature that came with it! I told him to remove the sticker with the serial # on it and nothing... But, huge surprise the charger for the device does say made it China!!!

So does the charger for my cell phone, my car phone charger, my laptop charger and my actual laptop!

Now my father may only have 1 leg, but he had LASIC a few years ago and sees 20/20!
