Probably something to do with the fact that long term shareholders such as myself of Tappimmune (now MRKR) have basically enjoyed : 1 RS after another, 1 offering after another, shifting of long term roadmaps, priorities, and strategy, mismanagement, nonexistent or botched PR, and constant short attacks. I also don’t understand why I can’t find any current 13F or 13D since Nov 2018 on Eastern Capital (Kenneth Dart) and MRKR/Tappimmune 11% owner as of Nov 2018....
