It certainly does trade - nearly every day.

avg daily volume = 38,672

A whopping 177 shares traded today

3 years ago it popped up to around 11 cents. I sold 10k shares at .09 and by the end of the day it was back at .01 --- where I bought the 10k shares back.

It's trended down mostly since then - trading sub-penny now whilst they've filed an S-8 to sell 45 million shares to raise a little $$$.
