Good Afternoon,

We are in a good place. The issue is in a holding pattern awaiting for clarification.

The share price and volume is dictating the daily sessions, compliments the 'Silent Period'.

Any announcement, whether it be an official or PR, is going to create a run. The extent of the run will be dependent on the substance and very important foundational structure.

Before we get to the above area, first announcement comes with an OTC up-list and the official R/M, along with a new trading symbol and name change.

After this event is on the books, stay tuned for the structural aspect involving NEW assets and partnership collaboration. This will be the telling Phase and probably will come right after the up-list.

We are very close for these events and believe the First Phase is near and February to be the pivot point.

This is a very exciting issue and if we just get a fraction on what has been discussed, higher highs are sure to follow.

Take a position during the 'Silent Period'. This trading range is a perfect buying opportunity.

We are trading at $40 million MC. For a R/M of this caliber and the attractive SS and just a fraction on the potential, I envision a major move upward.
