Exactly...I'm not much of a believer in "investing" into companies on the otc due to the type of manipulation, dilution, and criminal activities that constantly take place

This company is in a league of it's own however...penny stock exempt, the assets alone out weigh the liabilites by over 10 mill, 2 mill in cash, and continual large increases in revenue year over year for the last 3 years

Those facts are why longs are still holding

The dilution here has been horrible but we are nearing the light at the end of the tunnel...once it's over it will be game on

The company stated a few days ago that they will persue traditional financing moving forward once this debt is done
