Lol, he's covered his ass well in the quarterly and annual reports where he clearly states gcgx Cannot sell or receive any revenues from Cannabis products. He can't get in trouble because investors misread his PR's... which are carefully worded to mislead. He's been pulling these scams for over a decade in the pink sheets, he knows how to word a PR. Like the last one, receive "UP TO" 80%... 0% is included in that "up to"... 0 - 80% LMAO... Now all he has to do when he comes clean is say since it is illegal for gcgx to receive revenues from Cannabis they will receive "0%"... He's out of harms way. He never said gcgx was a fully licensed "Cannabis" company he said they were fully licensed.. didn't say what they were licensed for... He said that a "licensed mj company" would be starting to produce. Gotta read his PR's carefully, he's a professional Con Man.
