Yes, two units were commissioned and paid for, manufactured, and delivered.

What happened to NSI? @Juancy98580842
The alignment of the two companies differed from the original intended purpose of the agreement. Subsequently, we elected not to pursue a partnership with NSI. Due to the termination of the deal, no shares were issued to NSI.

When will we hire a professional IR firm? @Johnjac75464720
The company has always intended to onboard a professional IR firm. We have previously had a very negative experience with an IR Firm, and are looking for an experienced firm that is a good fit for our specific needs. We are open to suggestions and recommendations, and will be actively researching and vetting firms in the near future.

Is JRF still part of the expansion team? If so, Will Rogen be the lead now. @battlechatsaft1
Rogen has taken the lead on the USA expansion team and JRF will still provide support and dedication as necessary.

How does S&L plan on training all the staff for this rapid expansion plan. @battlechatsaft1
Currently, there is no designated training facility. The Company intends to send staff down to train at existing locations. Additionally, text and video learning tools developed in house will be utilized to ensure all staff are familiar with necessary processes and procedures.

Planning to sell KTU/Red Panda via Walmart? If not, how about Amazon.com?
KTU and Red Panda will likely be available on both the Canadian and U.S Amazon Sites, as well as through U.S game distributors.

Status of new S&L CEO?
S&L recently hired an experienced Director of Operations, who will be responsible for the oversight of all locations from a hospitality perspective. We are still interviewing potential candidates for the CEO position, and are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in business, management, and expansion to coincide with S&L’s strategic direction.

Holiday prize status? @Mike_Foster67
Shipping of the holiday prizes is scheduled to take place this week or early next, pending the Company’s receipt of some of the prize items. We wanted these to be something cooler than just a game, so some extra time was needed to pull this off. We think you’ll be happy.

What is the expected quantity for the 3rd run of the games?
3rd print run quantities have not yet been confirmed; the Company is waiting for partners to relay their final quantity commitments. The process requires significant coordination to complete as a result of the multiple languages and sheer number of the partners involved.

Noticed Guelph permits were issued, any pictures and are there any plans to expand next door?
Expansion next door is not one of the current projects. At the moment, we are focusing on optimizing seating and adding food and beverage options to increase customer service/satisfaction.

Any plans to enter big box store retailers such as Barnes & Noble with KTU, Red Panda, etc?
Of course, buyers are being approached and negotiated with as we speak!
