You might want to check on those things. First, gcgx has no licenses, the misleading Tweet has most confused. Email Dwyer, he will tell you the same thing as it states in the report, gcgx has NO LICENSES. And according to the news releases in July of 2018 the machines were installed that month... Last year Dwyer started the back order bullshit too. So nothing has changed, Dwyer's private company is the one with the license and gcgx still cannot sell or receive any revenues from cannabis products... Ask Dwyer... The "Up To" 80% includes 0%... Of non cannabis products. So "We" doesn't exist, it's still all Dwyer's private company... The PPS shows most know all this.
PS. If Dwyer says different in an email, save it... You may have a case with it when this Scam is done.
