So we don't have any financials since March 31st 2019, which they were a few months late reporting to begin with.

The last we know, they had $13,708,215 revenue and $2,511,261 net income from April 1st 2018 to March 31st 2019.

As of March 31st 2019, they had $3,374,234 cash.

How is it possible that a company with almost $14 million in revenue and $3+ million cash can't manage to file their financials?

I'd also like to know the connection between Ron Harris and David Bergstein (the main funder of Saleen's death-spiral financing, who is now serving an 8 year sentence for securities fraud). How did Ron Harris come about his ownership of David Bergstein/SM Funding/Cyrano Group's stake in the company? What's the association between the two?

At what point do you folks want to band together and file a securities class action lawsuit before these millions of dollars on hand and the future millions of dollars income from the JSAT deal either get blown by Saleen or disappear into David Bergstein's shadowy network?
