Ah... yes, I did think you meant that someone had written that on a blog about Susan Bayh. I can't imagine that she wouldn't have wanted DCVax made for herself, having been on the board. But it's apparent from the available news reports that she was rushed to Georgetown under emergency conditions, which I can only imagine. If she was unable to communicate, and even if she was, Georgetown was never a part of the DCVax trial and likely did not have the necessary equipment to cryopreserve the tumor for her, even they'd even known that was what she'd have wanted.

Additionally, when that all happened, Cognate was quite obviously not producing L, all the while billing NWBO under the terms of the agreement to be able to make L at any point, which I think was perhaps part of what the disagreement was between them, which is why around 50 million shares (not the warrants), were returned back to the NWBO kitty.
