What's the point of having 400 retailers if they only get a handful of Kill the Unicorns copies each? I'm beginning to doubt the second print run was actually even for 40,000 copies. Where are they? It's easy to tell 40,000 copies are not being distributed currently, looks more like low thousands are being distributed.
