"NANO CAPS -- stocks with a market cap under 50 million."

That's an instantaneous red flag with me and I'll never go past that statement. No need to read any more.

Market cap with any pink sheet bullshit company that has issued itself and owners BILLIONS of stock create a totally false impression of MC.

MC in the pinks is an illusion and ONLY used by people pumping scam companies.

Lets call pink sheet shit what they are, phony shit scam companies.

Matter of fact, market cap is a phony indicator to give brokers and banks something quickly to measure. Market cap itself means nothing.
Market cap taken along with actual company fundamentals MAY give one a ballpark guess, but that's it.

Scammers and pumpers have prostituted a basic math equation whereas one multiplies the present stock pps by the outstanding shares and this is supposed to tell somebody what a company is worth? Nonsense.

Every day we see companies issue billions of shares and have an instant hundred million dollar market cap on what? Post office box and an empty office with two chairs.

sub penny stock ISN'T nano caps by any reality check.
