News update! Prakat acquisition is a done deal!

Friday the company released their first filing with the SEC in 10 years as well as audited financials, now the Prakat deal is confirmed as well!

From the 10k:

We are expecting orders from our Dalrada Precision customers of $1,400,000 during the calendar year 2020, and Likido has confirmed orders totaling $500,000 for January and February of 2020

That's 1.9m in revs just right there for $DFCO, and now the Prakat acquisition adds another $6m in revs according to https://rocketreach.co/prakat-solutions-inc-profile_b5cf3ac6f42e09c2

The Likido acquisition was done in restricted shares so Prakat is most definitely the exact same. Huge value getting added to this pristine shell - wow Wow WOW!
