Oh my, here's a few things the longs don't want new investors to read... it could delay them getting out from under the shares they're buried in.

So some ask, how in the world did investors get buried in this POS up to 10 cents... the same way a bunch of new investors may get hooked in this Scam. Here's a few of the news releases Dwyer Puked out in 2018... if it all sounds familiar, it is... Ol' Con Man Dwyer is starting round 2 of the same bullshit. This can all be verified in the news releases on the OTC website. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GCGX/news

GCGX was BDCI before the name change.

JUNE 2018
COCONUT CREEK, Fla., June 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Via OTC PR Wire -- Bahamas Development Corporation (OTCPINK:BDCI) subsidiary company Global Consortium, Inc. dba Cannabis Consortium Partners have reached a deal with the building owner to purchase the entire 64,000 sq. ft. building in Northern California for $9 million.

The building owner has agreed to hold an interest only note for $4.5 million with a 60-day balloon payment once the current tenant is successfully removed from the space or their lease expires. (None of this ever happened, pure Dwyer Bullshit)

The purchase of the entire building ensures that Cannabis Consortium and its partners have full control of the building and all the valuable licenses that go with the building. The submission of the condo approval from the state is expected shortly as the building was already preapproved. Never Happened (Oh Boy, licenses and a building... it will be a $1.00 by the end of 2018 investors screamed LMAO)

JULY 2018
COCONUT CREEK, Fla., July 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE-- Bahamas Development Corporation (OTCPINK:BDCI) affiliate company Global Consortium, Inc. dba Cannabis Consortium Partners have received approval from the City of Sacramento for the issuance of their 3 cannabis licenses: Cultivation, Manufacturing and Distribution. (More Dwyer Bullshit)

The next step in opening for business in the new building is the issuance of the City Business License. This can take 4 to 6 weeks.

As part of the building purchase, a lease was negotiated to occupy the building while we were waiting for all the approvals and the closing. Last week, (JULY 2018) the extractors which are used to manufacture the "Oil" were moved into the building. Over the next few weeks, upgrades to the building including electrical service and the build out of the production lines will be completed.
Indulge Oils will be operational in September or October and revenue producing within 10 days from the start of production.
(JULY 2018!!!) (Oh yeah, a $1.00 per share easily by the end of 2018... LMAO)

SEPT. 2018
The City of Sacramento has supplied a list of upgrades that need to be completed prior to the issuance of the city business permit. These upgrades have been started and will be completed in the next couple weeks (SEPT 2018). Once the upgrades have been inspected, the business permit should be issued.
Indulge Oils will be operational in September or October, and revenue producing within 10 days from the start of production.
(Yep, still 2018)

OCT. 2018
COCONUT CREEK, Fla., Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Global Consortium, Inc. (OTCPINK: BDCI) dba Cannabis Consortium, a wholly owned subsidiary of company Global Consortium, Inc., is pleased to announce its harvest has begun and is expected to be finished by the end of the week.

The Colorado Department of Agriculture tested the hemp plants twice during the grow cycle, clearing the way for harvesting. Over the weekend, the farmer and staff hand cut the first couple of rows to make room for the harvester. Pictures and videos of the harvest and the cut plants hanging in the drying barn are now available on our twitter feed @Cannabisconsort or OTCmarkets.

The farmer expects to complete the full harvest by the end of the week.

We are planning our next planting for March 2019 of 150 acres, followed by the full 600 acres later in the year. These two grows alone should yield $75 million in net revenue next year for Cannabis Consortium. (OCT, 2018) (We're all going to be millionaires in 2019 investors screamed)
Once the plants have dried, the buds will be stripped, bagged and sold. Cannabis Consortium will keep some of the plants to process for its own needs and sell the remainder of the crop.

The Colorado farm has now proven to be a viable revenue stream for the company. The farm has the ability to produce plants that pass inspection and can be successfully harvested. (Still No Farm)

NOV. 2018
COCONUT CREEK, Fla., Nov. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE -- Global Consortium, Inc., (OTCPINK: BDCI) would like to take this time to update its shareholders on the progress of the company.

The harvest of the 15-acre test farm has been completed. The farmer will begin to shuck the hemp plants today. This is the final phase before the crop is ready for sale. Once the hemp plants have been shucked, it will be weighed which will determine the true yield of the harvest. We anticipate a minimum weight of 2,700 pounds per acre. (Dwyer stated months later in the fins the crops were no good... LMAO)

In May 2018, Global's partner filed for multiple cannabis licenses which included retail, consumption, delivery, and medical. The latest update from the City is that they plan to notify the approved applicants within 45 days. If all of the applied licenses are granted based on the comps from the sale of similar licenses, the licenses would have a value of approximately $46 million dollars. (So sad, never happened)

A company valued at over $1 billion dollars has submitted a written offer to purchase half of the retail license for $7 million dollars.

A key advantage our group has is when the license applications were submitted, the buildout blue prints and contractors list for the space that has been rented since April of 2018 was also submitted. This will dramatically expedite the time to get the buildout finished and the retail shop and consumption room operating.

The retail space could be up and running in March/April of 2019, and the consumption room would open in June/July of 2019. (Nov. 2018)

Yep, this is just some of the Bullshit Dwyer the Liar has Puked out the past two years.

AND THAT'S HOW INVESTORS GOT HOOKED INTO THIS POS AND CAN ONLY HOPE A NEW WAVE OF INVESTORS WILL FALL FOR THE SAME BULLSHIT THEY FELL FOR IN 2018 AND HELP THEM GET OUT
