Waiting is the opposite of proceeding.

All signs show they are proceeding forward with BOTH the old ART formulation and the new Unique ART formulation.

The only sign possibly in favor of proceeding is a trademark for a name. Big whoop. That trademark has probably been in the works for 8+ years. And it's pretty lame and forgettable, to be honest.

If one claims we're proceeding, then one is also claiming that Nasrat is blatantly lying. "Waiting" is his word. Not speculation, not theory, not anyone else.
