All signs show they are proceeding forward with BOTH the old ART formulation and the new Unique ART formulation.

Elite filed patents in the first half of 2018 for BOTH.

Additional evidence for the old formulation is Elite filing for and getting the SequestOx trademark approved in December 2019.

Additional evidence for the new formulation is Elite answering questions on the June 2019 CC talking about the new Unique formulation with respect to it's abuse-deterrent properties.
