The Maryland law says you can’t have more than a 10 to 1 Reverse split. I will sure be cool with that.


The Maryland law applies to SEC registered companies, which BIEL is not, so the statute does not apply to BIEL. BIEL pulled its registered status in 2011 if memory serves.
