On January 15, 2020, Clifton Mining Company (“CFTN” or “Clifton”) announced it would be buying back up to $800,000 of its outstanding common stock (see the news release here). It is assumed that CFTN’s BOD and management believes the current market value of CFTN’s stock is significantly undervalued, and CFTN is therefore buying back its shares.

Mr. Cutler has done extensive research on Clifton Mining and written it up on his Seeking Alpha blog. Clifton has an operating mine with a 20 acre heap leach pad in place. It has an affiliate that pays a very good dividend to it. Clifton’s stock is extremely under valued at $0.21 per share as of January 31, 2020. The stock has a high probability of soaring to $1 in the near future and higher in the long term. The most recent articles on Clifton are at the top of Cutler’s blog page and have been greatly changed recently from what was originally posted because of new findings and Clifton’s receipt of $3 million and 5.5 million shares of Desert Hawk stock valued at $2.2 million. Desert Hawk is mining Clifton’s Kiewit section which has between 1 million and 2 million ounces of gold in it. There are other sections of Clifton’s property which contain 166 million ounces of silver and 1.5 million ounces of gold.
