Over and over, in multiple posts, I continued to say Les is implying/inferring ( I did not say unequivocally) that, according to Umbibe’s recollection, they are waiting for the guideline change because it will make cross over bullet proof. BWIS actually went a step further, recollecting his own conversation with Les, and said Les is saying that.

David Innes has responded, to Hankman, in writing, that NWBO is not waiting for a regulation change.
