Zhabilov, Jr., tried to steal the intellectual property from Viral Genetics and got fired and sued in 2008.
Viral Genetics prevailed in the trial court. Zhabilov, Jr., appealed to the the California Court of Appeals, Second District and lost. Here is a copy of the Memorandum Opinion:
