I've been watching stocks for decades. There is no doubt about it, DILUTION is going on here. There is no way this stock could stay down with this type of volume based on the outstanding shares. I would stay on the side lines for now until you TRULY see what it is going to do. We need to get a Close above .055 for the next run up. I would sit tight or nibble around .04 or lower.
