As usual, incorrect on both points lol.

First - $ALPP is PENNY EXEMPT

See it says “Penny Stock Exempt”

That means the rule you just cited doesn’t apply and Institutions ARE allowed to purchase ALPP stock.

Second - the contingency period pending the approval of the S1 means that ALPP won’t start the actual selling of more stock to LPC until after the approval.

That has nothing to do with the fact that the Agreement between LPC and ALPP is already signed. The deal is done.

The next part is just formalities and then the selling can begin. At ALPPs discretion of course. Since this ELOC has such amazing terms for ALPP shareholders.
