Yup! (Of course you've got to account for the 12% interest for half a year (approx. $80,000, adding another 6.5M shares or so) And the OS has gone up by how much in the last 2 months? Meaning dilution is about done! So we end up with an OS of about 150M shares, WITH NO DEBT! That's the MAIN debt anyway.
