But remember, we have three Wells Fargo Accounts that were set up for tax refunds plus JPM to remit monies to as well. These accounts have to be dispursed to the proper recipients which I believe to be us among all court registry accounts.

I believe monies from the 363/Sale, and any potential other settlements we may have coming may be in these accounts. Also, Amended POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012 says JPM must pay book-value so these monies must come from some source as we have not seen JPM pay anything yet, let alone book-value. There must be some clarity to this nonsense.
