I own a bit of TSLA. Nice to see the short action in reverse. Musk can handle $20 million fines imposed when he opens his mouth.

We would help our fledgling industries if short selling was restricted for micro caps. Shorts claim they help make a market but micro cap biotech is a quite a disadvantage when needing to answer every claim when they are in a quite period.

SEC - short sellers enrichment commission according to Musk.
