So is the U.S., but Tesla hasn’t brought any revenues in. If that was the case, the territoriality portion of the Agreement would mean revenues to LQMT, but it has brought in zero, which leads to really only one conclusion - if it’s not a new customer of LQMT, itself, no benefit even if in LQMT territory, unless Li changes that, but if you were an LQMT shareholder and management told you they were giving up revenues to Eon, it’d be foolish to give that the OK. That’s grounds for a derivative suit on breach of fiduciary duty, let alone the huge conflict of interest.
