That means the patented process they had didn't work and the patents had little value as well .The CEO said coretec is developing it's own IP in the CHS manufacturing process and has filed IP in this area. CHS is a liquid silane Szi6h12 and is a starting material for doping it to create new chemicals or Coretecs own CHS products with different doping requirements for each application.NDSU didnt own Cyclohexisilane that was a starting chemical they doped to make their own CHS (cyclohexisilane )products. They weren't the first to try this and arnt the last to create products from this liquid silane .
