Well we have been over this subject many times, and I've posted on it many times. This is the pink market. These are microcap companies. One would have to be extremely naive to believe the prices are a completely 'free market' The pink market represents a range, simple as that. With a LOT of fingers in the pie to control that range, and utilizing every tactic available to them to do it.

If one is truly investing, you are investing in the underlying company, not the current pps beyond the information you can review to valuate. Most of the pink market movement, probably a good 95%+ of it is trading not investing. This is why we see astronomical market caps for companies of literally nothing.

Investing simply looks at a company, and decides if the current price in the range has created an over valued or under valued situation.

FUNN was undervalued at its all time high, and remains very undervalued now. I'm buying the pink market range, not the daily pps. Because the long term view is a much much higher valuation, and I have plenty of evidence to support the narrative.

Most folks also have zero clue regarding actual company infrastructure , growth and what it takes to scale a company, the resources, time frames and everything involved. Hence back to over valuations of most pink companies.

As for #2, its a matter of discovery. 10k pink stocks, FUNN still requires (as any stock should) a lot of due diligence and study to understand and appreciate the model. Most folks barely know anything but a ticker and trading 'momo' never mind real DD.

The pink market is MICROSCOPIC compared to the investing world at large. Essentially its like saying 'Why isn't this AAA minor highly performing player picked up by every single Major?' its a process of growth and discovery.

QB is exponentially larger than Pinks, QX is exponentially larger than QB and NQ larger than all of them combined.

As locations and brand strength continues more and more eyes and $ roll in, QB will push things along as more institutional will require that as at minimum.

Its what investing in a growth microcap is about. Seeing and believing in the vision that the company has laid out, and following the markers of success and growth. If one doesn't understand what it really takes, then investing in the microcaps is not a good idea for their portfolio.
