Remember my thought of ETNI used for new NGIO spin off from GNBT.The possibility, although very slim, is still alive.I believe the spin off is to happen first quarter of 2020. I am guessing around 400 trading shell companies on otc.I know this would be like winning the lottery, but with the lack of anything happening with ETNI leads me to entertain this.
NGIO would list on nasdaq with minimum $ 2.00 share price.NGIO may have authorized shares from 100 M to 300 M.
