All the bogus studies are flawed, and the FDA doesn't have a clue as to a proper criteria for a study. They think they do, but they don't. With that said, the FDA should and probably will clear all BIEL'S junk and let the consumer judge it's effectiveness. The one problem with that is that once the public see the device for what it is, JUNK, it will make the FDA look even worse than it does now.
