how do you feel about the trial to date?

One thing is "sure" … the patent(s) was (were) obvious based on a prior art … (To avoid any doubt: it is a "HDGABOR type" answer) … I feel pretty good. I will (sometimes!) post my last (?) thoughts about the trial focusing on obviousness.

jomama9231: I still have found no validity to amrns guidance of end of March or Jeffries saying March April. No judge has ruled that quickly from what I’ve read.

Meanwhile it is a second-hand info … How about this:

We get the sense the decision will likely be more of a late March event, as the prosecution/defense have to submit their post findings of facts by Feb 14th and post trial briefs by Feb 28th and the Judge noting "I'll have a month" to write the ruling.

Is it enough for validity?

NickHous: I had almost forgotten about that. EU just flat out banned all the DS Fish Oils and Lovaza/GL right along with them as an add-on. … Plus 11 year runway after EU approval.

1.) Nothing was banned. These are not recommended for treatment / prevent CVE but are available (btw: a lot (most?) of the countries in the EU list / handle as OTC … Meanwhile V is better, will be the recommended one and only … replace an OTC product won't be a "fast-track")
2.) 10 yrs guaranteed … the 11th is optional, new indication should be approved for it.
