They are acquisitions. From the news:

"the Company will acquire all infrastructure, source code, software, web interface, inventory, intellectual property, assets, and deposits under management."

"The intended acquisition will include all assets, licenses, source code, intellectual property, processing assets, commission, and 100% of equity in the business."

"The intended acquisition includes all assets, inventory, licenses, intellectual property, and 100% equity in the business."

etc

If GRNF isn't paying in some way for the acquisitions, then they are worthless

I can't find any connection between JC and Lindsay. Let's say Rick Lindsay's business is worth $200,000,000. GRNF is planning to acquire
"The intended acquisition includes all assets including inventory, licenses, intellectual property and 100% equity in the business."

What does Lindsay get? GRNF has $0 cash and $117,000 worth of unissued shares at .75. How does GRNF come up with $200,000,000 to pay him? If they raise the A/S and give Lindsay $200,000,000 worth of shares Lindsay will have more shares than JC and JC will lose his majority ownership of GRNF.

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
