You could Gus, if for not being such a cheap fool, call Bill Frizzle and ask him why he flopped with Jeffries. Ask Bill why he didn't know in 2005 that both Edwards and Turino had ex-clearing contracts with Jeffries. Or ask Fuzzy Math why he didn't know Edwards and Turino had a little falling out over how they were both trying to outsell their CMKX shares causing both of them to lose potential profits from dumping so quickly.

Here's your answer: Bill Frizzle lied about who was selling. He was out of league legally and he never apologized to you all. When he learned that CMKX was a mob related pump and dump scam, he dumped all his shares. Kevin West dumped all his shares. Kevin West helped Al Hodges dump ever more shares to suckers who believed there was a trust...that did not exist.

Instead of being a dipwad on the message boards...call Frizzle and ask him directly. If he hangs up on you, send him a certified letter demanding answers. If he ignores your letter, file a complaint against him with the Texas Attorney General and get your answers.

and it appears phxgold was right

Phxgold has never been right. Ever. If you ever sued him, he would get his butt ripped for his fraud.

These are your statements, you said the names were so sensitive that Kevin West didn't know them. I want to know those names!

Frizzle was never leaking that info because Frizzle thought he was going to sue these companies and walk away with tens of millions. He was trying to beat other potential lawsuits and he ended up making an ass of himself. Absolutely tooled by Wells Fargo. He actually screwed the shareholders thru his own ignorance and greed.
