Also, why PR the results of the first 6 patients out of the blue?


Because naturally there was no enrollment target PR'ed for a Data Monitoring Committee interim review. These happen when they happen and it was an opportunity for an interim PR update since as we learned those first 6 were taking part in an open label pre-study.
