Think about that for a moment.

While the retail folks who bought high are selling their shares low (and throwing rocks at the ACB greenhouses), the institutions (AKA the smart money) are scooping up those shares cheap, only to sell later at a higher price. Which is about when retail will start jumping in again. lol
