What we want is meaningless to JT. JT is the CEO and he answers to the
BOD. One thing I am certain of is that JT has a plan. I used to believe
that JT would accept a takeout deal before hiring for the expanded sales
force. Maybe JT received bids, but they did not meet his own or the DOD's
requirements. I doubt if AMRN will GIA for very long as I believe it
would become obvious at some point that the sales reps cannot match the
ones that work for BP. There is no such thing as GIA in Europe. AMRN
must either accept a buyout or else select a partner for distribution
and accept a royalty. At that point AMRN has no control over what the
does or does not do. In any case, it is only with ownership that BP
will devote their best resources to optimize sales.

Because I believe in logic, I continue to believe that AMRN accepts
a takeout, otherwise the Vascepa asset is unlikely to reach its full
potential...that would be a tragedy for patients, a missed opportunity
for BP and an "issue" for long term shareholders. Europe does not
allow DTC advertising, so whoever has the "rights" to Vascepa better
have the right sales force to optimize revenues there. Unless JT is
bat-*hit crazy I believe he delivers a takeout.
