Material events have to be announced. Phoney announcements are not made up for the benefit of the investors.

If Seagate does not sign on the bottom line by December 31st, the deal won't be announced this year. That will not be the fault of Wave, but the delay from Seagate.

There is also the possibility that the deal will fall through and will not happen at all.

SKS gave us his best judgement. That's all we can ask for, and he said he "I expect the deal to close before the year end". He never said it was a done deal
