Now THAT would get me to attempt a bid.
$3.20 didn't and patience @ $2.94 seems
to have been prudent.

I guess my homage to buy and hold which I am not
would be 2.76 would be a dead even cost basis
if I replaced all the shares I owned originally @ 3.40
about three months ago or so. I guess that better than
buy and hold, but a LOT more effort for maybe $10K.
