I read (from the CC) this quote:

"SKS: So, yes, I expect the deal to close before the year end."

And as I read thruout, I dont see where SKS ever stated that the deal will be closed by the years end & I dont see any of his quotes that are the same as what you allege to him. Maybe its in there. If so, can you point that out for me as I am anxious.

Otherwise who's statement is misquiding....yours or his? If I missed it I apologize.
