Just our (our investment club) long standing opinion as it relates to manipulation, it a fallacy as it relates to "MM Manipulation"! How does one define Manipulation?

Everyone and everything manipulates a stock and it happens daily. It can affect a stock negatively or positively.

ALPP is guilty of it, Day Traders, Sellers, Buyers, Short Sellers are all guilty of it, even posters are guilty of it. Actually, that's how a market is made in a stock through Manipulation!

Right now, this company has to rebuild its reputation with both the "STREET" and its Shareholders, but it's back to square one again, by prematurity releasing the funding announcement. It should have been announced days before an S1 being release. The stock didn't react because it was perceived as a PUMP!
