“at the moment we need some money for working capital in connection with the funds and getting the Company’s filings current.”

Since it was said that Henry was telling people he didn’t need money, about 10 days ago, after I said he asked me for money in a phone call, and a couple of people suggested I wasn’t being truthful, even after I proved a 27 minute phone call with Henry, I will share part of an email I received yesterday, from Henry, in which he sent documents and a proposal for me to invest:

“at the moment we need some money for working capital in connection with the funds and getting the Company’s filings current.”

Clearly, he needs the money and his “partners” have not come through yet, which he also says in the email.

There is a lot more, including terms of the investment, conversion rates, and other company information, but I’m not going to share that since there are clearly people who want to distort and take the information posted to be used on other boards and to use for inaccurate and/or inappropriate purposes.

Believe it, or don’t. At this point, it’s each person for themself.
