I don't think I would go into a buying frenzy just yet. 10 years of audited financials is a tall mountain to climb. If there are investors that have shorted the stock, and the stock starts to climb at an uncontrollable pace, shorty just might spill the beans and turn our stop sign into a suspended or revoked ticker.
