There are two entities, Global Consortium Inc. (gcgx) and Global Consortium Group LLC (Dwyers private company) Global Group LLC has the license, leased all equipment, brands, IP and space that belonged to gcgx... So if there is any manufacturing actually taking place it's Global Group NOT GCGX. Gcgx cannot manufacture, distribute, sell or receive any revenues from Cannabis products, so as I've said all along Dwyer scalped gcgx investors to fund his private company. It's all in the reports which obviously more than not have read and that's why this Scam has been tanking... Well, this and all the bullshit Dwyer has put out the past two years that he always has an excuse for why it didn't happen. There is a ZERO chance of an audit or up-list, Dwyer uses that bullshit on all of his Scams...
