Name calling contest -

Well, I have seen one of the selected names - soya something I think.

Let's assume that many American consumers like to support renewable bio fuels but, due to the inferiority of ethanol over gasoline, they are really reluctant to try any such. Let's face it, Americans love their cars and want to protect them.

Thus, maybe we need a name that really does not call up images of ethanol or farm products too much. We want it to sound like its something better than gas or ethanol. People assume companies name products in relation to its worth. We are proud of this and it's spec's say it's true - so brag on it. With an outstanding name most folks will assume it will not damage there engine and may even demand it as the best, that somehow they are getting at a good price. "Brought to you by the implementation of the most exciting advances in technology this century!". Marketing 101.

Here are a few to throw out -

Ethanol not inferior to gasoline -USSE mixed in)-
SuperE
BioPrem (BP maybe likes the initials)
Diesel Deluxe (they just ask for "deluxe"

Pure or near Usse -
Superoct
Excelsior (it gets nicknamed "X")
Dynamic Diesel (She stops AND starts on a dime!)

Anyone care to think up some more?
