Marker's Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2019. Unlike prior TPIV years, this year had fewer Press Releases, fewer important presentations, a few botched presentations, an alarming share price decline, a need for partners and additional capital which was hoped for at a minimal dilution, but now looks devestating. The company hired numerous too rated professionals to what positive informative outcomes?
I await the announcement of the Annual Shareholder meeting date and location. I will be there to proclaim my support if we receive valuable updates, or if not determined to ask pointed questions as to the pipeline, why poor communications, and is the company for real or will competitors complete the real work.
