BIEL'S business plan has been to sell shares. As you describe it the players knew the game and it was lucrative.

You said the former CEO killed the Braun deal. I assume you mean AW.

That in and of itself is evidence that product sales weren't part of the plan. And the same thing seems to have happened with other deals that were on the table.
