what you are brushing over is that this is going to be revoked. the sec does not give one wit what deal the companies may have. as far as the sec is concerned, if they want to do it they can do it with eltz being a private company. the private company can then get two years of audited financials together and file a form 10 registration to become a public company again. that would be many months at least down the road.
