1. I don't feel you're picking a fight at all.
2. There's no reason for ELTZ not to speak, unless ELTZ and PCTI are working on a joint arrangement or statement. in that case, it makes sense that they wouldn't say anything until they were done.
3. I think, from PCTI's point-of-view, it might make sense to continue the R.M. or to buy it outright, because ELTZ is worth even less now. Since PCTI's in good standing, I'm sure they can work out a favorable arrangement with The SEC.
