i am not trying to pick a fight with you. i respect your efforts and believe you are reporting accurately. however, your post begs a comment and a question.

not responding if ELTZ is in negotiations



comment; there are no secrets required here. there are no gag orders and nothing to prevent the company from keeping shareholders informed.

question; negotiating what? suspensions are non negotiable. even if they were, what would there be to gain?
