Agreed.

First, the whole point of the roadshow is for AGP to get significant commitments to buy. The PPS will be miles above the current price once the roadshow details are announced.

Second, even if there was an RS (which I doubt), that doesn’t actually impact the value of the company or the value any shareholder is holding. A RS is actually a “non event.” Not sure what all the fuss is about. People must not really understand how a RS works.

Third, a RS done for the right reasons is actually quite beneficial. You see most OTCers have seen RS for the wrong reasons. Like a company with no actual business playing share structure games to keep busy.

When you have a $43M actual business, that’s profitable, and a small RS can get you out of the OTC trenches and onto the NASDAQ where real investors are, it can be quite beneficial.
